Who you surround yourself with influences your career

Now we’re not saying there are bad and good influences. People’s definition of crazy differs from person to person. It’s vitally important for one to find people who have the same goals and aspirations early on in their life. Reason is that there’s more motivation towards this end goal with these people than without them. For example: if someone wanted to become an architect and is constantly being surrounded by doctors and lawyers , people who have no real influence in his game, creativity might lack. For an architect, creativity is crucial to the next big building and being surrounded by engineers and people of the same calibre then it’s make achieving goals much easier. Again we are not saying that if you were an architect and had association with doctors that you should cut them out of your life, but rather focusing on your main life and career goals and who can help you achieve those milestones
