No matter how much protein one takes or how much they gym, sometimes that ideal figure isn’t always going to show up. A lot of our build is determined by our genes and in many cases we may find that 2 people of the same weight and who train exactly the same may not have the same body shape. It boils down to genes. However, it isn’t the end of the world. It would take the one person longer than the other to get that shape but it is possible. Diet and gym program go hand-in-hand and is vital to maintain consistency and dedication throughout the program. Running also adds value to shape. The main point is to keep going to the gym or keep exercising until you see results happening and once they start showing, it is essential to make your program more difficult with more reps or more sets, etc. Genes aren’t an excuse to not strive towards your body goals.
